Join MLT’s MBA Professional Development (PD) for a comprehensive pre-MBA program that pairs those who have experienced inequitable access to career-accelerating resources, including Black, Hispanic, Native American, and other individuals, with the one-on-one coaching, network, and support needed to gain a competitive recruiting edge before business school starts, continuing until you graduate with your MBA.

With MLT MBA PD, you will team up with an experienced coach to clarify your career goals, participate in immersive industry boot camps and build a personalized career roadmap. In addition to this insight and guidance, you will have the opportunity to interview for internships months before you start business school, potentially starting your MBA program with an internship offer.
