What are the requirements for Early Access MBA Prep?

MLT programs are open to all who meet the criteria, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender or other demographic identity.

MLT’s MBA Prep program is open to candidates who have experienced inequitable access to career-accelerating resources. Candidates must also meet the following requirements: 

• Citizenship: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, DACA or TPS participant
• Educational Status: Plan on applying to domestic, deferred admission MBA programs. 
• Academic Achievement: Must be a senior in college, graduating in spring 2026 (December 2025 graduates may be considered); those with strong academic standing are encouraged to apply
• Work Experience: Internship or other professional experience is required.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience through community involvement, participation with community service organizations, academic organizations, or professional/work associations 
• Test Results:

Application Deadlines

MBA Prep Early Access 2025 (MBA Prep EA, apply to MBA programs in 2026)
