Career Prep is a rigorous, 20-month career development program for emerging Black, Hispanic/Latinx and Native American/Indigenous student leaders. Through the program, Fellows explore their strengths, passions, and interests in order to prepare and plan for successful careers in business and tech. The Career Prep program includes:
Individualized and group career development coachingExposure and access to over 60 prestigious employersSkill development seminars hosted virtually and around the countryAlumni network of over 8,000 professionals (and growing!)
Eligibility for Career Prep Class of 2027
College student currently working towards their first bachelor's degree in December 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027 (including July and August of 2027 U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (includes DACA participants)African American, Latinx, or Native American (if you represent more than one race, one of them must be African American, Latinx, or Native American)/Currently in a degree program working towards their first bachelor's degree not pursuing professional school immediately after completing undergrad as to be available to work
