MLT Ascend is a college success and career readiness program for low-income and first-generation college students who identify as African-American, Latinx, or Native American. The program includes one-on-one and group coaching, access and support to apply for internships, and professional skills development workshops with distinguished MLT Alumni and industry leaders.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Must currently be admitted to or enrolled in a four year university or two year community college with intent to complete a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum college GPA of 2.8 (cumulative) or compelling evidence of academic achievement*
- African-American, Latinx, Native American, or multi-racial
- Low and moderate-income and/or first-generation (neither parent earned a college degree)
- Must be a current graduating High School senior, or a current college freshman or sophomore, or current college junior who will graduate in 18 months or more.
*For applicants with a college GPA below 2.8 or graduating High School seniors applying without a college GPA, consideration will be given to one's cumulative high school record, standardized test scores, academic honors, or demonstrated improvement in the current semester or summer courses.
